It’s been more than seven years since a small group of Realtors opened the first Keller Williams Franchise in Ohio, Keller Williams Capital Partners Realty. What a whirlwind it’s been!
We’ve laughed together, cried together and shared the ups and downs of real estate trends. Through it all we have worked hard to embody the WI4C2Ts which make up the Keller Williams culture.
We opened our doors with 15 licensed Agents and now boast over 150. We have been ranked the number one producing, single office, independantly owned real estate company in Central Ohio for 3 straight years by Business First.
In 2007 we purchased 100 E. Wilson Bridge Rd. which would become our home in December of 2008. An extensive build out and re-configuration provided us with a dynamic and exciting space to support our continued growth and sustained market presence. Though the real estate market has presented a number of challenges over the past several years, Keller Williams Capital Partners is well positioned to take advantage of the opportuinties available in a down market as well as the growth potential an improving market will bring with it.
Continued efforts to act strategically and to look always at our Agents’, Clients’ and Customers’ best interests will continue to guide us to the successes we have achieved thus far.
It is safe to say without our family of Agents and the many, many clients who trust us for all of their real estate needs, we would never have been able to achieve so much in such a short time.

CP Cares is made up of agents and support staff who are dedicated to giving back to our community. Several times a year, the agents at Capital Partners plan, organize and participate in various public service events aimed at meeting the needs of people in our area. Whether is it’s our annual MAP Furniture Drive or a Chili Cook-off to raise money for those in need, Capital Partners agents are there to serve others and raise the bar of expectation for realtors everywhere.
Helping people Buy or Sell a home is about much more than a real estate transaction. It is about relationships, families, births, deaths, college graduations, jobs lost and lobs gained, retirement, and countless other life events.
